I contacted Carl Duckett and co Ltd mid January 2025 via their website with regard to a leak in my roof and issues with the chimneys; within a matter of days , Chris had gotten a drone up and identified many tiles which were loose or cracked - in particular I had winter damage to a chimney and tiles in that area.
Chris said that he could replace just the broken tiles and the ridge but given the age of the roof (circa 100 years) and from what I’d seen on the drone footage I opted for a full roof replacement , removal of a chimney with airbricks fitted ,pointing and rendering on another chimney plus new facia boards and guttering
The quote was very competitive and the works completed within 10 days
The roofing team worked extremely hard and I tried to keep them topped up with drinks during the day and for ease they all have coffee with 2 sugars!
A shout out also to the scaffolders who were able remove it within a couple of days of the job finishing as I had other work starting and needed access to the back garden
I would definitely use them again and would recommend their company - 5 Star
